Shipping Policy

All prices and shipping charges below are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Processing

We generally process orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays. During sales or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer. We will send tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Australia

Standard shipping: A$15 for orders from A$1 to A$179.99.
Free standard shipping: orders of A$180 or more.

Any available express option and its price will be shown at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or by the carrier begin after dispatch and are estimates only.

India and the United States

India standard shipping: A$39 per order.
United States standard shipping: A$45 per order.

Free international shipping is not offered. The charge shown at checkout controls if a rate is updated before this policy page is revised. International orders are sent using a trackable service where available. Delivery estimates exclude customs processing.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International customers may need to pay duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs requirements may require us to provide product descriptions, values, country of origin and tariff codes.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after dispatch. Nothing in this section limits rights relating to our error or obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delays, loss and damage

Carrier and customs delays can occur. If an order is materially delayed, lost or damaged, contact us at admin@boholaneaustralia.com.au. We will investigate with the carrier and provide any remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law. Our responsibility to you is not avoided merely because a third-party carrier handled the parcel.
